We were hired to create a completely custom administration portal for Mobile truck wash that allows them to keep track of all their customer’s information, as well as generate work orders from a custom designed calendar based on trucking industry standards.
Much time was spent to design the system so that it could significantly improve efficiency and productivity, as well as offer paperless and mobile friendly options for workorders, invoicing etc. We set up a system for workorders to be accessible by iPads in the field so that three part carbon paper workorders were no longer necessary.
Finally, we integrated the entire system with a marketing website to combine a front-end website with all the back-end administration, all in the same system, and all completely mobile responsive.
